Mechanical Assembly
EMA manufactures of a range of mechanical assemblies for the automotive, construction and security systems markets. In partnership with our customer we will design and install a manufacturing process capable of guaranteeing a product that meets customer requirements.
Our processes are engineered to achieve best practice, with the aim to best assist our operator base with use of jigs and fixturing. We will work in partnership with our customer to agree the manufacturing and detection stages . All processes are fully controlled through the established documentation system in EMA. Operators are always fully trained on assembly requirements and are provided the necessary tooling/fixturing/documentation/reference information/samples etc to ensure that they can meet customer requirements.
